Adprix Arabia successfully completed the outdoor LED display installation for the MAADEN Project, one of Saudi Arabia’s leading industrial and mining entities.

Challenges & Approach
Outdoor Weather Conditions
Outdoor installations in industrial zones present serious challenges such as heat, wind pressure, and dust. Our team planned the work schedule to align with optimal daylight and safety conditions, using protective gear and specialized equipment throughout the process.
Structural Stability & Reinforcement
The initial structure required additional reinforcement to handle wind load and vibration. Our engineering team designed and installed a custom galvanized-steel framework with anti-corrosive coating, ensuring long-term durability and minimal maintenance.
Electrical & Data Reliability
Outdoor humidity and temperature changes can affect cabling and control systems. To prevent performance drops, we implemented IP65-rated connectors, weather-sealed junction boxes, and power surge protection systems.
Safety & Accessibility
Given the elevated height and outdoor setting, safety was our top priority. All technicians used full-body harnesses, helmets, and certified scaffolding systems. The team followed strict safety protocols in line with industrial HSE standards.
