Tabuk Bus Station – Dual-Side LED Screen Installation
Adprix Arabia successfully executed the installation of a dual-sided outdoor LED display at Tabuk Bus Station, enhancing the station’s visibility and communication efficiency.
This project required structural reinforcement, quick problem-solving, and precise technical coordination, all completed within a tight schedule of just 1.5 days.
Client Requirements
The client required a dual-sided LED display for clear visibility from both directions of passenger movement. The installation needed to ensure:
A strong and stable mounting structure suitable for outdoor conditions
Optimal viewing angle for both sides of the screen
Reliable electrical and data connections with weatherproof safety standards
Challenges & Approach
Structural Strength Issue
During the initial site visit, our team identified that the existing support structure was not strong enough to safely hold the dual LED screens.
After a detailed assessment and obtaining additional site permissions, we designed and installed a reinforced mounting frame, ensuring long-term durability and safety against wind load and vibration.
Technical Connectivity Issue
While configuring the screens, we encountered a data synchronization issue between the two display faces.
Our IT and engineering teams reconfigured the sending card settings and optimized CAT6 signal routing to ensure both sides displayed synchronized content without latency.
Power Load Management
The existing power line was not evenly distributed for both sides of the screen. Our electrical team implemented a balanced power distribution setup, preventing voltage fluctuation and ensuring stable performance.

Rewired and reconfigured the control system for perfect screen synchronization
