Challenges & Approach
Site Access & Scheduling
To accommodate the client’s operating hours and visitor flow, our team adjusted working hours, starting the project early in the morning at 6:00 AM. This ensured a smooth, uninterrupted workflow and complete respect for the venue’s environment.
Power & Connectivity
The LED screen required a dedicated CAT6 line for power and cloud connectivity. Our engineers coordinated closely with the facility management team, conducting multiple planning meetings to determine safe routing and integration of the network infrastructure.
Delicate Indoor Conditions
Given the luxury interior finishes, every step was executed with maximum care — from equipment handling to dust control. We implemented protective measures to prevent any surface impact or environmental disruption.
Custom Programming
Due to non-standard cabinet dimensions, the last LED module was smaller than the rest. Our programming team calibrated and configured the display to ensure pixel-perfect alignment and uniform brightness across the screen.
